flowbear™ is not responsible for content you send through the platform.

5. SMS Opt-In & Messaging Consent

Flowbear Holdings LLC provides software that enables our customers (businesses) to send SMS messages to their own contacts via the Flowbear platform. By providing your mobile phone number to one of our customer businesses and opting in through a compliant method (such as a checkbox on a web form), you consent to receive SMS messages from that business via the Flowbear platform.

SMS communications may include account notifications, verification codes, appointment confirmations, service updates, customer support responses, and other transactional or informational messages.

Marketing SMS messages may be sent only if you have separately provided clear, explicit consent for promotional messaging to that business. Message frequency varies by business and interaction.

Message & data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the business that sent the message. Flowbear does not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data may be shared only with messaging service providers necessary to deliver the messages.

6. Mobile Information & Data Sharing

flowbear™ does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

Mobile information is used solely to deliver messages initiated by the user or related to the services provided through the flowbear™ platform and is processed only by service providers necessary to deliver those communications.
